Benza Bullion is a portfolio-tracking and informational tool for precious-metals holdings. Features may include portfolio valuation, historical charts, watchlists, market prices, alerts, analytics, and related informational content.

Benza Bullion does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Market information and portfolio calculations are for informational purposes only and should not be relied on as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Market data
Market prices may come from third-party data providers and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, interrupted, or unavailable. Portfolio values and gains or losses are estimates based on available data and information you enter. Benza Bullion does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of market data.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Notify us at benzabullion@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your data
You retain responsibility for the holdings and other portfolio information you enter. You grant Benza Bullion the limited permission needed to process that information to operate and improve the service. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other accounts, interfere with service operation, reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited by law, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as Benza Bullion evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Account termination and deletion
You may delete your account through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or comply with law. Account deletion is permanent and may remove associated portfolio information.

To the extent permitted by law, Benza Bullion is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Benza Bullion and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses resulting from reliance on market information or service interruptions.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
